Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Taday! mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and Apple's standard End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Taday! is a family calendar application designed for iPad devices that provides a simplified daily agenda view for busy households. The App allows users to view, create, and manage calendar events with features including weather integration, voice memos, and family-friendly interface design.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1 In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases including premium features, subscriptions, or one-time "lifetime" purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's End User License Agreement.

3.2 Lifetime Purchases

"Lifetime" purchases entitle you to use the version of the App you purchased indefinitely, or until iOS devices no longer support that version of the App. Lifetime purchases do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with future iOS versions
• Updates to work with new iOS releases
• New features or functionality beyond what was available at purchase
• Technical support beyond what is reasonably provided

Any updates to maintain compatibility with future iOS versions are provided at the sole discretion of the developer and are not guaranteed as part of lifetime purchases.

3.3 Subscriptions

If the App offers subscription services, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 Apple App Store Policy

All purchases are final and subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple via:

• The App Store app on your device
• Your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com
• iTunes if you purchased on a computer

4.2 Subscription Cancellations

To cancel a subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find Taday! and tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, available at toddanglin.com/apps/taday/privacy.html, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with the App's operation or security features
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Todd Anglin and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 App Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todd Anglin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

8.3 iOS Compatibility

The App is designed for specific iOS versions. We do not guarantee compatibility with all iOS devices or future iOS updates. Device compatibility requirements are listed on the App Store.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
